5.3. Confirmation of the order

5.3.a) Validation of the delivery method

6.1. Price

The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes included. 6.2. Means of payment accepted

The ordered products remain the property of SAS Petrusse until the complete collection of the price by SAS Petrusse.

8.1. Delivery and withdrawal area

8.1.a) Delivery to a mailing address

The products are shipped to the delivery address you specified during the order process.

8.1.b) Withdrawal in store Petrusse

You can withdraw in store with your order on the site. This service, offered to customers of the site, is currently offered only in our stores in France: 8 alleys of Tourny 33000 Bordeaux and 46 Boulevard Raspail 75007 Paris.

You will be able to designate another person for the withdrawal of your order in store (see "8.3 Delivery and withdrawal times").

8.2. Shipping cost

The amount of shipping costs is calculated based on the selected products, the total value of your order as well as the chosen delivery method.

Orders delivered in France are Franco de Port from 180 €. Orders delivered in France less than 180 € and for any amount outside metropolitan France will be increased by participation fees for the preparation and shipment of your order under the following conditions according to the destination:

8.3. Delivery and withdrawal times

The delivery times below run from the validation of your order.

8.3.a) Delivery to a mailing address

Your parcel is shipped within 2 working days.

The additional delivery times are those practiced by our carrier (2 to 8 days depending on the country of delivery). Petrusse can not be held responsible for the consequences due to a delivery delay by the carrier.

In addition, any defect or delivery delay greater than eight working days must be reported with our customer service as soon as possible. Any complaint formulated beyond thirty calendar days after the date of validation of your order will not be taken into account.

  1. Delivery problems

10.1. Right and withdrawal period
